    Freedom Within ~ Collective Practice and Support Group

    With Seanie Louise, Michelle Toll, Devamurti and Nicole Earley.
    A three hour immersive yoga, pranayama, meditation and devotional music event led by a team of dedicated practitioners.
    We will share in a circle, practice asana, breathwork, yoga nidra and meditative self enquiry and end with kirtan and prasad.
    Please bring:
    A mat, a blanket, a meditation cushion, socks and drinking water.
    Please note this event follows the government guidelines for a
    safe well-being circle and is limited to just 15 people.
    Exchange - £25 /£20 concessions
    Tickets are partly refundable up until 72 hours prior to the event.
    A 15% admin fee will be retained from all refunds issued.

    In this class there will be gentle meditation guidance and extended periods of silence.

    Please set up your favorite meditation cushion and sit on a mat (There's no need to suffer with incorrect posture or poor padding under the may need to experiment with a variety of seating arrangements. Consider getting a decent cushion, back jack or kneeling stool.)
