Effective for treating digestive disorders such as:

  • constipation
  • flatulence
  • acidity
  • indigestion

The practice helps prevent:

  • urinary infections
  • the formation of kidney stones

Contraindications:

  • Consult a medical professional before practicing if you have any major illnesses.
  • Pregnant women should not carry out this practice.

    You will Need:

    • 2/3 tsp salt
    • 2 litres cold water
    • 1/2 litre boiling water
    • 1 mug
    • 1 pint glass / large cup
    • 2 litre jug

    Order of Asana:

    • Tadasana
    • Tiryaka Tadasana
    • Kati Chakrasana
    • Tiryaka Bhujangasana
    • Udarakarshanasana

    Frequency of Practice:

    This can be practiced up to once a week or daily if treating constipation.
