Yoga and Meditation Classes


I am currently running private group classes for two or more people and private one-on-one classes tailored to your individual needs.

A typical yoga session:

Depending on your needs, each class will usually include asana (postures), pranayama (contol of prana through breathing techniques), and yoga nidra or meditation. If for example you are coming to me with a physical condition that you require help with then the bulk of the session will probably be asana and pranayama. If you would like to deepen or initiate your meditation practice then guided, sitting or lying meditation would be the focus.

Sessions cost Q250 and last around 1 ½ hours. I am available for private sessions both daytimes and evenings . Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have more questions.
